Perfect complement to Gordon Ryan's Guard Passing DVD. Techniques are more suited to a regular sized (still lanky) person. Has sophisticated and detailed explanations of four passing hubs and follow up attacks. The Knee Cut (Split Squat), Pummel Pass (Kings Court/Float Pass etc.), Top Side Saddle (Top Cross Ashi) and other MISC Leg Lock Guards. Lots of submission follow ups with great details. My favourite instructional so far
