How do I buy OnDemand streaming Video lessons?

Purchasing is simple, just go to your category of interest, select the instructor, select the lesson, and check out… it’s that simple.

How do I view OnDemand streaming Video lessons I've purchased?

After purchasing a digital product you can access it at anytime by logging into Digitsu.com and clicking the "My Library" link at the top of the website, or by going to the particular products page(The 'Buy' button will be replaced with a view button).

Do I have to commit to any contracts?

No. Your Account is strictly on a pay once per lesson basis.

How many times can I view OnDemand streaming Video lessons?

Indefinite -- you can watch and re-watch your purchased videos as often as you want and as long as you want.

How do I purchase DVDs?

Digitsu brings you instructional materials from world class professionals, purchasing a DVD for home use is simple, just go your category of interest, select the instructor, click “ADD TO CART”, select your delivery and payment options, and finally check out. It’s pretty traditional.

How do I preorder a product?

We offer the option to pre-order some products prior to release. To preorder a product you need to add a product in the preorder status to your shopping cart and continue to the checkout. You will only be charged for your product(s) after they are shipped to you.

Preordering a product means you'll be one of the first to receive it after it's released. As soon as the product is in stock, we will process and ship your order to you.

Is my personal information secure?

I have a question for an instructor about a particular lesson or technique, how can I contact them?

Our instructors could best be reached by posting on the forum. In addition this allows other students to comment and share their insights.

Can I return my OnDemand Video product?

In general, digital content purchased and/or downloaded from Digitsu is not returnable. If you experience technical problems accessing a download or using the item you purchased, we are happy to help you troubleshoot the problem.

Can I return Videos & DVDs?

We will accept returns on defective videos and DVDs for replacement only.


What type of computer do I need to access the site?

You need a newer computer with at least 512MB RAM and a high speed connection. The site uses Flash and requires at least Internet Explorer 7 or Firefox 3. It may work with other browsers but is not guaranteed to be fully compatible.

Do I need a high speed connection to access the site?

Yes, you need a high-speed connection to view any of the training materials.

I am having trouble viewing my videos. What should I do?

We are dedicated to providing you with the best instruction and we are 100% committed to ensuring your experience on this site is exceptional. It is highly recommended that you have a high-speed internet connection. Our videos are streamed and high speed access allows the streaming of the content to be fluid.?

If you have a wireless network in your home or office, and you use a wireless handheld phone (not a cell phone), be sure the frequency on your wireless handheld phone is not the same frequency as your wireless router. If your computer is able to watch streaming movies or media from other sites and you are having trouble on this site, please contact us immediately and we will troubleshoot the problem . We will do our best to get back to you within a 24 hour period during regular business hours Monday through Friday.
