What is Digitsu On Demand?
Purchase an On Demand product once and watch it here on Digitsu.com, and within our free iOS and Android apps. Click here for more details.
How do I download my videos?
When viewing an instructional on Digitsu.com, there are links to download each clip in different formats such as "270p, 480p, 720p", at the bottom of the video player.
How do I buy On Demand streaming Video lessons?
Purchasing is easy, just go to your category of interest, select the instructor, select the product, and check out… it’s that simple.
How do I view On Demand streaming Video lessons I've purchased?
After purchasing an On Demand product you can access it at anytime by logging into Digitsu.com and clicking the "My Library" link at the top of the website, or by going to the particular products page(The 'Buy' button will be replaced with a view button). It is also available with your account in our iOS and Android apps. Click here for more details.
Do I have to commit to any contracts?
No. Your Account is free and any On Demand Purchases are strictly on a pay once per product basis. You have unlimited access to any On Demand products you purchase.
How many times can I view On Demand streaming Video lessons?
Indefinite -- you can watch and re-watch your purchased videos as often as you want and as long as you want.
How do I purchase DVDs?
Digitsu brings you instructional materials from world class professionals, purchasing a DVD for home use is simple, just go your category of interest, select the instructor, click “ADD TO CART”, select your delivery and payment options, and finally check out. It’s pretty traditional.
How do I preorder a product?
We offer the option to pre-order some products prior to release. To preorder a product you need to add a product in the preorder status to your shopping cart and continue to the checkout. You will only be charged for your product(s) after they are shipped to you.
Preordering a product means you'll be one of the first to receive it after it's released. As soon as the product is in stock, we will process and ship your order to you.
Is my personal information secure?
Yes. We value your privacy and your payment information is encrypted for your security. Please read our privacy policy and terms of use.
I'm an instructor or have content I'd like to sell on Digitsu.com. What do I do?

Is my payment secure?
The Digitsu.com check out process uses Authorize.net, one of the most trusted payment systems on the web. In addition all payments are processed securely using up-to-date SSL protection. Customers can be sure their transactions are completely secure.
Are there any hidden costs?
No, you only pay for what you want to watch.
Return Policy
Can I return my OnDemand Video product?
In general, digital content purchased and/or downloaded from Digitsu is not returnable. If you experience technical problems accessing a download or using the item you purchased, we are happy to help you troubleshoot the problem.
Can I return Videos & DVDs?
We will accept returns on defective videos and DVDs for replacement only.

What type of computer do I need to access the site?
You need a newer computer with at least 512MB RAM and a high speed connection. The site requires at least Internet Explorer 7 or Firefox 3. It may work with other browsers but is not guaranteed to be fully compatible.
Do I need a high speed connection to access the site?
Yes, you need a high-speed connection to view any of the training materials.
I am having trouble viewing my videos. What should I do?
We are dedicated to providing you with the best instruction and we are 100% committed to ensuring your experience on this site is exceptional. It is highly recommended that you have a high-speed internet connection. Our videos are streamed and high speed access allows the streaming of the content to be fluid.?
If you have a wireless network in your home or office, and you use a wireless handheld phone (not a cell phone), be sure the frequency on your wireless handheld phone is not the same frequency as your wireless router. If your computer is able to watch streaming movies or media from other sites and you are having trouble on this site, please contact us immediately and we will troubleshoot the problem . We will do our best to get back to you within a 24 hour period during regular business hours Monday through Friday.
