Basic Drill To Help Improve Your Guard Retention

In this video, BJJ legend Bruno Frazatto teaches you a basic partner drill that will benefit your guard retention movement skills off your back.

This drill is intended to help you learn how to:
1) get your hips off the ground and your feet in front of your opponent
2) get to your knees for a low single leg
3) shoulder roll to get your opponent back in front of your guard.
